I very strongly agree witht premise of the article. We are all suffereing from a surfeit of virtual social networking, and it is telling on us. The compulsion to check posts, like posts and share posts is sapping us of our energy! This doesn't mean that some of us haven't taken advantage of Facebook, like for example promoting my forthcoming books, or even starting a fan following, but then it is true, so many of us start with a few minutes checking Facebook posts before we even start the day. Very soon we will need detox centres for Facebook fatigue, virtual fatigue, and keypad fatigue!
