This is a most valuable and important infographic on online netiquette on discussion boards. Some of the important pointers are that one should not capitalize all the letters in a word or more. Somehow in our haste to post our points of view, we capitalize entire words to grab attention, which in itself is bad netiquette! Also, I liked the one that suggests that we should be polite towards others. In our haste to pitch in an interesting debate, we repeat questions and statements. While participating in online discussion forums, we also need to respect another's point of view. Great infographic though!
