Great article!  I agree with the noted traits, and also believe that Energy is usually married with passion.  Focus is usually coupled with purpose.  Empathy is vital.  Flexibility/Resilience/Adapability is huge!

 

Instead of the ability to tolerate conflict....I believe changing the mind-set to expect and mine for positive dialogue.  Where passion and different views are heard -- yet one remains open and curious to listen to ideas from others.

 

Instead of submerging one's ego....how about being intelligent with emotions, understanding hot buttons, and the ability to realize that when the ego does get in the way...I may have lost sight of the team goal, and it has become all about me instead of the goal.

 

 that energy, passion, and purpose
